Please note that you will be required to travel on a ferry to reach the property. Please note that Shanklin Beach Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel. You are welcome to bring your pets with you for an extra cost of 10£ for 1st day stay and 5£ for additional days stayed for per pet. However, pets are not allowed in sea view rooms, so please make sure you don't book a sea view room when you bring your pets. There are limited car parking spaces available, no prior bookings are accepted. Additionally, there is also street parking available during the winter months. Restrictions and charges may apply. Breakfast is not complementary, breakfast is optional and can be purchased for extra charges of 5£ per person prebooked, 7£ if they take it from the hotel.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Love this hotel had great experience everytime but just not this time with the room"

Lovely view amazing staff so helpful!

We got put in a room away from the lift which was hard with a buggy going up the stairs and the bed was terrible

"No hot water!"

There was no hot water in the bathroom for shower. We called staff and they told me they had done a boiler check and asked us to wait for an hour. After an hour wait, there was still no hot water, and finally they changed a room for us, but the whole experience was poor.

"Paid too much for that congested and noisy room."

Only the staff were very welcoming, friendly and ready to help.

Room too congested Uncomfortable bunk bed. Very very noisy from upstairs rooms/passage. Loud noise from the pipes running across the room. Paid too much for the room.
