We are so grateful to the team at Helminas Villa for taking such great care of us during an unexpected situation. After having to leave our original Airbnb due to serious issues with the property, we needed a last-minute place to stay. The staff at Helminas Villa were incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding. A special thank you to the two receptionists, who went above and beyond to help us. Because of room availability, we ended up moving rooms four different times during our stay, and they made each move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Despite the last-minute booking and multiple room changes, they always greeted us with a smile and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Their hospitality truly turned a stressful experience into a positive one. Thank you for your excellent customer service and genuine care. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Helminas Villa to anyone visiting Siargao.

Tolle Lage am Strand

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber und es gab mehrere Kakerlaken. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig und wurde kalt serviert.
