Location: it is close to the university as I was attending a conference.

I’ve never experienced anything like this. This property seems to run on autopilot—most of the time, no one is even at the front desk to assist guests. I had to request multiple times just to have my room cleaned, and despite staying for an entire week, housekeeping only came once. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bathroom was leaking water from an unknown source, and when I asked for my receipt on Friday, I was told the person in charge wasn’t available. Overall, this was a disappointing experience—and I travel frequently, so I know what to expect from a properly managed hotel. This one did not meet even the basic standards.

Sheets gave us rash. First time ever happens to me. I have stayed in many hotels all over.
