Dreams Hotel Puerto Rico

Location was good.

Parking was hard until I complained at front desk and then he opened the parking gate. The room was smelling of pesticide. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner.

Easy to find. Close to the airport. Ok size room equiped with a kitchen. Cold AC. Staff was efficient with check in. Bathroom was clean. Building felt secure. It was affordable for the night we needed it for. Good for the price (in Puerto Rico. Had we paid this much in the states I would have been disappointed).

Parking was not available. Sheets and blankets looked old and worn. Halls smelled musty. Thin walls. We stayed there about 6 hours waiting for a flights and that was enough. It was night time so I can't speak to the neighborhood. Parking is in the church lot and the lot was full until past midnight so we had to find street parking late at night. We had low expectations so it was fine.

It is very unsafe and not clean. My windows were own. I’m a woman I thought I was in a very dangerous situation

Location and the staff is very friendly

The maintenance is poor. Room smell bad. Like fungus

Location was a stone throw away, by car, from my destination over several days. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Roomi s the concept of minimalism, no percs, no change of sheets every day, no daily towel, but, just like home, I dont do that every day, so I was quiet ok with that. If you need a fresh towel, they would provide one. Staff is friendly. I went there to shower, privacy, and sleep: check, check and check.

This is the 21st century, there is a need to have things tracked electronically. Noise including alarm and folk playing music out loud during sleeping hours.

My husband and I had a late fright and arrived around 11PM. First of all as soon as i booked the room I emailed the hotel to requested to have our room to a certain temperature. I immediately received a response with a: “We cannot do that “. Once in the hotel there was no one at the front desk. So I called the phone number on the window. As soon as it rang a young man came to the window. Unfortunately he acted like we were bothering him. The tone in his voice they he was looking at us. He proceeded to ask what site I used to book our room I said Booking.com to what he said booking don’t pay us, you need to pay. I ask for clarification and he just repeated himself. Since he was being so rude we decided to go somewhere else.
