There was no personal at the front desk, when personal arrives, they where not friendly, room seemed to be clean but a centipedes appeard in our room, there were used towels in the bathroom, room was noisy (cats, frogs,drunk man screaming outside), the bed moves from their place with every move on the bed.The front desk lady told us that there was a secure lock in the night hours, but instead the front door was wide open, we did not feel secure, there was no light when going up the stairs, not safe. When we left in the morning there was only a cleaning lady present so we could not speak to anyone neither get any feedbacks/explanation about our complaints.

We dont get breasfast. We ate outside.

It was quiet.

They charged me extra for the room and the staff couldn't explain why. They have a book with all the room prices and I got charged extra. The A/C unit was on but not cooling and they didn't change my room.

The A/C made noise all night
