Spacious property and about 10 minute walk from the bay

The bed were very small double beds and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. I think it was quite overpriced as it was less than 24hpurs in the property.

Nice place, reasonable facilities in the kitchen, fab location. Communication was really great from the company but...

The landlord obviously doesn't care about the experience once you've booked. Internet was out and they didn't sort it over our three night stay. Also front door lock was old and sticky on the inside. Shame as nice place and would have stayed again as it's a really good location.

Lovely clean, fresh and modernised townhouse in walking distance to Cardiff Bay and the city centre. We only stayed one evening but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful. We would stay again, thank you :)

NOT the owners fault AT ALL (and I’m certain if we had messaged the owner, she would have tried what she could to sort it out) but the parking spot for the house had been partially parked in by a neighbouring car that had parked inconsiderately so we couldn’t park in the allocated space but there was fortunately another spot on the street that wasn’t in one of the permit only areas.

The bed in the front bedroom was very uncomfortable. The mattress has had its day. The springs dig into your back.

The location allowed us to park up the car for the duration of our stay and explore Cardiff by foot.

The property was rated at "Exceptional 9.7". Booking.com could not have inspected the property to warrant that rating.
