Location was a few minutes walk from the harbour

The upstairs toilet clogged after one use and meant we couldn’t use it for the rest of the stay unless we wanted to flood the bathroom (luckily we only had one night). Also, this property is not for 5 people !!! You cannot advertise it for 5 people when the sofa bed is broken. This meant one of us had to stay on a broken bed and was basically squished in half in the night! The dishwasher was broken and the showers were cold. I have wrote a note to the company to make them aware of this since we stayed (we stayed on the 15th July) and I still have received no response !!

Good location for Cardiff Bay, and was close enough to walk to the centre of city (30 mins). House is a good size and layout works well, decent sized kitchen with proper fridge/freezer, having extra toilet downstairs is useful.

Beds were not very comfortable, really need new mattresses and sofa in lounge is in poor repair.
