The view and the garden arrangement were beautiful. The rooms are being refurbished so some are nicer.

One of the rooms had a sent of humidity and the pool pump was sometimes loud at night.

Very basic bathroom, average restaurant witnessed a rat crawling in to the cooking room along the power cabling

The staff behavior, promptness of services was excellent. The location of the resort, adjacent to beach facilitate any time bathing. The food menu was reasonable and breakfast also good.

The approach road to resort is very bad and property should use own resource to repair it.

Beautiful location. Good accommodation at good prices, breakfast was included in the price and it was a good breakfast. Omelettes were delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Over all it was reasonably clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was fairly clean but the shower backed up a bit, the water did not drain away properly. The shower floors were not mopped and basin also were not cleaned daily.

Great location and great staff. We stayed in a family room with our two kids and had an epic time. Good hotel especially considering the low price.

Loved the location and the gardens and the pools. The rooms were clean and so relaxing

i like the room, its spacious, the view was also amazing, there were multiple pool in the property too. there were multiple instagrammable space in side the property. There were cottages with mattresses for anyone willing to have a nap with open air, really ice.

the kitchen and the public bathroom are both disappointing. The kitchen was closed when we arrived, they were only offering drinks and alcohol. we had to check restaurants from other property nearby to eat as their kitchen staff are not available. There is also a disgusting smell coming from the dining area, the dining area flooring is abit elevated and it could be some smelly stagnant water or some stink possibly coming from the kitchen which will make you lose your appetite when dining. When we ordered food, the pork ribs served was not fresh, there is a smell of a stale meat. We had a very upset stomach and had to stay in the room the rest of the stay. The public toilet was not maintained at all, the cubicle were very small, there is no light in the cubicles, the tiles are all dirty and clearly maintenance is not done. No toilet tissues provided and is a breeding place for mosquitoes.
