USWe did not stay at this property. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to return to the office. Then the owner stated that they were not renting rooms at this time and Booking.com was supposed to have removed the listing. We were offered a downgraded room however we did not want the lesser room. There was construction taking place at this hotel and it was not in the best shape due to this.
If the third parties that book the room would have removed the motel as a viable listing and the whole incident could have been avoided.

USNice well-meaning proprietors. They seem to be doing the best they can with a needy property.
"Restored," but was just too rundown to begin with. They meant well, but a few cosmetic upgrades don't make up for the poorly caulked shower, etc.
