The thing is, it's a nice unit that just needs a new bed and is cleaned properly before being rented out. Plus, the door entry needs to be simplified. And stinking rubbish removed from inside building enterance.

there where alot damage to the place before we arrived. and the sofa wasn't big enough for family off four

The property is ok, conducive and beautiful. The only thing I can comment about is that, mirror should be in the toilet.

There is no mirror in the toilet.

Only thing that made it less than excellent was the garbage everywhere- foyer, all around parking lot and garbage bin

We were not able to enter the property because the electronic key was broken and aparantly had been broken for some time. We found out that the rear entrance had an open door 24 hours/day. This was our way to enter the building.. The security of the property was at great risk

Quiet Appartement And very clean, cleaning staff welcoming

No mirror in the bathroom No bath mat, so very sleepy = dangerous Water not hot ! Worse bed ever, you could feel the springs in the mattress, had sore back !!! No thick curtains in bedroom so very light, hard to sleep ! Ask 25£ extra if 1h early

It was an ok location for access to Wigan football club

Security poor. Back door open to public. Noisy. My partner barracaded to door with chairs as felt unsafe when I wasn’t there. 3 folks / had to use spoons to eat dinners. No condiments. No Netflix. Staff slow to respond. Settee uncomfortable . Bad smell on access. The outside bin storage area was locked so rubbish dumped on ground (I took ours to a tip). No doubt rat infested.
