Dirty no tea making facilities took three days to clean 150 refundable deposit has been taken twice still waiting for it back got refunded for poor state of the apartment still waiting for that too

The apartment is very clean and well presented. In a great location between Robin Park and the town centre, with a short walk to both.

Was clean and comfortable

Good sized space, lovely bathroom, big bedroom. Good heating.

There was no tea towel or washcloth so we couldn't wash up and had to go buy our own.

Looked good and bed etc was comfy.

Wasn’t clean properly. Cooker wasn’t clean the floor wasn’t mopped properly. The lamp wasn’t secure. The outside of building messy full of rubbish everywhere. In side of hallway entrance was dirty and rubbish everywhere. Even all the way up to the front of the property door was dirty and rubbish lying about. Broken tv on entrance in hallway. Wasn’t a very good look at all. In the Bathroom next to the bath on tiles were dirty. The placemats on dining room table were very stained and looked disgusting to be honest. And would be good to have curtains in bedroom as the lights from the alley lit up the room at night. And would be good to have information about the water tank and cooker and WiFi.

Cheap clean and comfortable.

Getting in wasn’t easy and location weird!

Size of the apartment was perfect for us.

The entrance needs updating, rubbish in hallway, smashed tv. Not great first impression, but apartment was lovely.
