Victoria Mill by Staycay

Location was perfect (we wanted somewhere close to the rail station)

It would have been useful to have received the video regarding accessing the building prior to our arrival

Location was excellent for the town centre. Plenty of parking spaces. Apartment very spacious especially with a little one

In rear bedroom the emergency lights on building opposite very bright and illuminated the room all night could do with black out blind.

Water clogged in bath tub and wash basin the day we checked in. The next day it was cleared. Following day hot water stopped. Waited one more day to get it fixed. The highlight was internet. Internet was very very slow and kept on disconnecting. Not even able to do minimal browsing. Was promised the Internet will be fixed, but nothing happened. One of the worst experiences ever.
