The apartment was a good size with modern decor

Some items were faulty like the shower temperature adjustment, the extractor fans were not working and one was dislodged from the ceiling, buy the worst fault was an insecure bedroom window on a ground floor dwelling.

As always we had great time

Very dusty, had no hot water on the first day so a plumber had to be called

It had everything needed.

Nothing it was fabulous

The apartment was exactly how the pictures looked. It was secure, and comfortable, close to the town center. Staycay were available when needed, as had a few issues, but called staycay and they were fixed. Everything you need is available at the apartment, kitchen items, towels, hairdryer etc for a comfortable stay.

The internet wifi had continued issues. I believe other apartments are using each other's net, as it is metered it could cut off anytime. This wasn't good for us as we were on International mobiles, without our own net. I did mention to the company and I belive they are going to check that and make improvements. The mattresses are not good, so a good sleep is impossible. One bed room had no window, and apparently the apartments are different sizes, and the one assigned to me was a smaller one. You can see from the pictures that there are some differences like windows etc. Unfortunately, the apartment was not really clean when I arrived. It was rectified, Staycay sent us a cleaner the day after. There was also an issue with the shower, again it was rectified and a plumber sent. This was inconvenient as we had traveled and were tired.. A days refund was issued for the inconveniences. The Staycay is responsive though and fixed everything in a timely manner, so overall I think it was just one of those things, and all good in the end. It was a peaceful stay.
