Large bathroom and free parking are both bonuses. Also tea/coffee available which was useful.

It didn't feel particularly safe, and the mattress wasn't great.

The keypad digit pass door entry was very difficult

When we arrived there was mess all on the floors under the beds and we also found a needle under one of the beds

Good location for town centre and stations. Facilities such as the washing machine were very useful.

Location on edge of a run down area with security concerns for car parking. Having to do check in and additional financial information provision online before arrival. There is no name on the building to indicate one has arrived at the right place, nor any information provided as to how to use the code to access the apartment without the hassle of phoning HQ.

Apartments very clean and well located for our needs

This property is lovely but please read my other review on another of their properties that we stayed in Bury- i would like to inform other potential that the management company like to help themselves to your security deposit and will not respond to your emails

Location. Kitchen. Bathroom everywhere except for below.

No block out blinds. Lights outside keeping me up. Couch not comfy. Cushions not great. No soft lamps all harsh on the eyes, couldn't relax. Also clinical colours, no warmth in any colours like red ones

Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for us. Good transport links.

Each apartment for 4, but there were no more than 4 of each piece of cutlery and crockery, and sometimes 3 (eg mugs). Coffee machine but no pods, and neither of the 2 local huge supermarkets sold the correct pods.

The property was riddled with ants. And the only compensation offered by the hosts was to refund a £60 cleaning fee. Well im sorry but i booked an apartment because i didnt want to share my accommodation, so your feeble attempt at changing my review has not worked
