Room is comfy.

On the time of check inn there lock was not working. I have to stay outside with my family include 2 children 3 & 2 year old for 3 hour after that lock smith came and fix the lock. After this they offer me 1 night stay free(£105) as compensation and after we check out they only refund me £77 they said we have to charge for cleaning as well separately. They deduct 28 for cleaning
