Hotel Era Mumbai

Staff's attitude were nice and they are supportive. Free cancelation till the date of arrival, no risk. Room has window. small room but enough for solo.

when I wanted to call Uber, couldn't find the hotel name in the app's map. Temperature of Hot water in shower was unstable. Lukewarm or almost got burned. AC stopped sometimes. needed to ON again. The neighbors (not in the hotel) were noisy till 2am.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. With just a call, you see them the next minute and you are being attended to. Also the bathroom was very neat and the hotel is at a good location close to the airport. Will surely go there again

No bad experience. Aside the room size which is a bit small, but in all the experience was great.
