Hotel Era Mumbai

It is very basic hotel but you get all the necessary things you need and it is great value for money . Reception staff was very friendly and efficient and changed my room for better one on my request with no any additional fee. Anything can be organised and food and snack can be delivered to your room and you have only to call reception .

Rooms are quite small

Hotel and staff were good but the room is quite small, nice location, you can stay here with family,

Rooms were clean and cozy. Staff was wonderful and provided the maximum support they could.

A little bit of water problem in the morning, however, not the hoteliers fault. Probably a bit of mismanagement.

Very very clean room, for two persons, small but super, Air-conditioning is very super cool, location near metro very super, my opinions is go and stay best for couple, for bathroom very clean, hot water, mmm super

Everything is very good including the washroom the only draw back the room is too small
