The staff was extremely friendly. They prepared some early breakfast to take away for the Machu Picchu visits. Hotel very very clean

"No hot water at Aguas Calientes."

Staff was kind but spoke little English. Most upsetting was the fact our water did not work so we could not use the bathroom facilities, and even wen water was restored hot water was not.

"When you need a little help..."

We arrived on the Peru Rail train without Machu Picchu tickets to be whisked away by someone from the hotel, leaving our luggage with a friendly stallholder, and racing over to the MP ticket office in the nick of time to grab the last two Circuit 2 tickets. So so grateful:)

Having secured the tickets, we went back to the hotel, became reacquainted with our luggage, and were promptly told there was a 'technical issue' with our room, and they couldn't accommodate us. We found somewhere else in the end, these things happen, and they still score a 10 for helping us get the MP tickets.

Situación y buena relación calidad precio . El personal y en especial johan eficaces y muy agradables

La única pega que hay que andar un poquito para llegar al hotel al ser una zona peatonal y no llega el taxi
