Picked us up at rail station and were extremely personable. Hotel is right where you need to stand in line for bus to Machu Picchu. Was able to check in and get on line in no time at all. Also very nice breakfast included.

A localização e a recepção! Os quartos são como as fotos, banheiro e quartos tudo novinho. As meninas do hotel são um amor, muito prestativas. O café da manhã é muito bom, com suco natural e frutas fresquinhas. Tudo muito bom! Eu voltaria com certeza!

1) the hotel cancelled (with no extra fees) my non-refundable reservation for the second room which was made due to a technical error, ----- which I highly appreciated 2) we were able to check in early, like 1 p.m. 3) comfy rooms, generous size, very quiet (soundproofed) 4) tasty breakfast

Great location and service, nice place, clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was also excellent. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Only a few steps to the bus for Machu Picchu. We absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

Localização excelente, bem central e próximo ao ponto de ônibus para Machu Pichu, os funcionários são muito prestativos, café da manhã é bem feito.

Ficamos no 4o andar, o acesso é por escada, para quem tem limitação teria que solicitar um andar baixo. Outro ponto de melhoria seria o banheiro, mas nada que comprometa, de forma geral o hotel entrega muito bem o que se propõe, sendo um ótimo lugar para ficar durante a visita a Machu Pichu.
