I liked everything, the location and the room itself was amazing. I was allowed to check out late, free of charge. I'll definitely book here again when I'm in Luton.

The stairs are too much but it's not a big deal.

Nice property, easy to find but wouldn’t book again.

TV wasn’t working, dead rat outside of the window, flies inside the room, very unhygienic. Guests next door also threatened us with weapons and police were called. I managed to record everything and had this reported to booking.com and the police. Owner managed to contact me even whilst being abroad and even went to the extent of offering a partial refund which I really appreciate. Overall I wouldn’t book again personally due to health and safety concerns but this is just based from my experience.
