I didn't get to stay because they double booked and were unhelpful about the situation.
The communication from staff and the lack of advice and help once it was clear they had booked out the rooms yet my booking still went through on booking.com

The room had a dirty carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, I was not able to use the tv as I was not given a code for the Wi-Fi One of the window locks was broken so not able to open it There was a part used soap stuck to the shower unit Very disappointed that there was no breakfast included in the price I would not pay that much for that type of room again, I would not stay here again

Friendly staff (Sarah). My children liked watching the trains go past. Room was very big and spacious.
Needs cleaning properly but I know they are on with this as the place has just recently changed hands. Some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. I do feel with how big the room was maybe a toilet and shower could be added into the corner? Just so that you don’t have to share a communal bathroom.
