Everything! This place was the best place we stayed during our trip!

Nothing!

The view was lovely unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it as we arrived late after dark and slept in until close to check out time Bed was very comfy and cosy. Nicely decorated homely feel, plenty of milk and coffee, thankyou!

The smell of the incinerator toilet was nauseating so we didn't use the bathroom again after the toilet was used. Didn't realise the bathroom would be outdoors so it wasnt awesome going out in the cold during the night. Didn't realise quite how small it would be, we couldn't fit our bags in the room so had to duck in and out to get things out of our bags- they fit in the covered outdoor area so they were protected but again had to go out in the cold. Also recommend having a toaster. We packed bread to make toast so were a bit bummed we couldn't do that. Also I spilt my oatmeal, sorry! No broom to sweep it up.

We liked the attention to detail, the water and selection of teas. We enjoyed the hot tub in the garden, and the view of the Sound.

There wasn’t much room in the bedroom, it was hard to move around and the garden room could have been used as an extra room if it had sofas and lights. It took us a while to open the doors to the garden room as they are pull up doors. The bathroom was outside. Sensor lights were needed outside the cottage.

Beautiful outlook, walking distance into Havelock, very cosy and lots of attention to detail to make the stay comfy and enjoyable 😊 loved the spa!

No sink in the room to wash up 🧼 and no light in the outdoor enclosed area. Otherwise everything was great!

Walking out into the cold to go to the bathroom, especially i winter at 2am

This was such a cute and quirky place to stay, so good I chose to stay another night. It was perfect for me as a solo traveller on this trip, close enough to walk to town and looks over the water. It is a smaller property but really well set up. The outside bathroom was easily accessible from a side entry, it had the most amazing shower of my trip, the incinerating toilet was easy to use.

Loved every bit of it!

It was so beautiful! We managed a brief splash in the jacuzzi - blissful - an unexpected family emergency meant we could not chill as much as we wanted / needed but if we were to return to Havelock to stay - we would book here again. We thought it was great!
