We were hope to get the swimming pool after we arrived to the hotel. But the were not provided that facility. If not the should have informed us. The parking are not up to the standards and not enough space for parking. Staff also not that much pleasant. Not satisfied. I think since we are local guests, the treating way is lower level. Thank you

The location and the hotel is perfect and the room size and staff was very good

the pool was full of chlorine and not cleaned last night. our skin got black due to high chlorine and the pool was not cristal clear as the image in web site. and out of two rooms one room did not have TV as agreed in booking
