Front office staff's and the location

My first stay was fine,,, 2d one isn't,,, very expensive food price,,, reception staff boy and a girl very friendly and helpful other than that nothing special,,, I had a very serious issue with my phone and got completely stuck in hotel seems they don't really interested and understand the seriousness of the issue,,, if you have any health issue please avoid this hotel,,,, no emergency facilities available at night and night staff is not provisional when it's come to health issues

Room was comfortable and clean, fitted with fan and air conditioning. Water pressure and hot water was good. Overall was comfortable and no disturbances. Vehicle parking space was provided.

24 hour front desk service was not available on both nights. Main entrance door to the hotel was not guarded overnight, thereby lacking any security as the door was also not locked. Didn't see shared tv facility. No access to food, drinking water and beverages once the in-house restaurant is closed for service. Lounge area was gloomy as its poorly lit .

Breakfast is not value as much as they charge. Small breakfast with bread, butter and egg omlet. Either quality of breakfast need to improve or need to reduced chargeble amount for breakfast. Bread only providing : pcs this also need to increase.
