Charming small room. Bathroom is small but has all the necessities, hot shower. Location is amazing, right next to the center of Windermere. Tim was very responsive, respectful of our privacy during our stay.

Bed was a bit soft for our liking but it's a very personal preference.

The location was convenient, it was quite and I did not get disturbed by any noise, the room was clean and comfortable. It was near amenities including shops and public transport and gave good access to other parts of Lake District. The owners were friendly and helpful

Property was beautiful and clean. Great location. Owner was away but was still helpful and quick to respond! Self check in was easy

Great welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Hannah & Tim were the perfect hosts. Warm, bright, sunny, quiet room that more than met our expectations.

Excellent location close to downtown Windemere

Honestly, no complaints

Hannah was super friendly, very responsive and helpful. Really wanted to make sure my stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

No breakfast, television, spare toilet paper, chair, table to eat from. Bathroom- minute, difficulty accessing and shower with no anti slip mat, hit head on basin using toilet. Had to sit on bed to even have cup or tea. No communal area available to guests. Safety issues navigating steep stairs in socks as required to leave shoes at front door.
