Umah Watu Villas

Location was great. Short walk to beach and restaurants. The place itself was huge and we didn’t realise we had booked the entire place to ourselves so the privacy was really great. Massive, comfortable.

We loved every moment spent in the property. Firstly and foremost the initial and ongoing communication from the team was superb and reassuring. The entire staff were wonderful, as was our engagement with Peter, the owner. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is a proper tranquil oasis and enabled us to relax together, ideal for lounging around and also splashing around in the pool. All facilities are as described and the photos are genuine. I would not hesitate in booking again. Anna, in charge of housekeeping was wonderful and Tonno the manager was a great help when required.

The main bedroom was very large and very comfortable with no adjoining rooms. My other guests stayed in the bedroom at the front and there was on occasion levels of noise from the adjoining property that was an annoyance to them. I guess that would depend on how noisy the neighbours are though.

This was truly the best place I could have chosen to stay during my trip to Bali. The villa itself was impeccable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches and artwork that gave it an authentic Balinese charm. The pool was the perfect temperature, the gardens were carefully maintained, and the villa had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was also incredibly convenient: close to shops, the flea market, a lovely breakfast café just two minutes away, and only a short five-minute walk to a sunset beach and great local restaurants. But what really made this stay unforgettable were the people. Thank you, Peter, for being such a fantastic and knowledgeable owner. I was also lucky enough to meet and be looked after by Tonno, Anna, Putu, and Made throughout my stay. They were warm, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring—always ready to help, answer my questions, and make sure I felt completely at ease. They were some of the kindest people I met in Bali, and their hospitality made the villa feel like a true home away from home. Thank you all so much for making my visit so special. I’ll absolutely be booking again on my next trip to Bali.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything. Beautifully appointed, friendly and attentive staff. Good location, driver through accommodation showed me more of Bali than I could have anticipated.

I liked everything. If something wasn’t “perfect “ management and staff made every effort to correct it immediately.

We hadden een hele mooie kamer. Het bed was fantastisch. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, maar het zou fijn zijn als er een betere trap zou zijn om het zwembad in en uit te gaan. En er was geen ontbijt. Gelukkig wel in de buurt.

We were there for two nights and our stay was just awesome. The place has sunset beach near by and and the best breakfast place, everything is just perfect. You will meet Mr Peter and his team who will make sure that everything goes smoothly during your trip. If we come back to Bali we will definitely stay here. The rooms and outdoor shoer area gives you the best experience.
