Jeff cooks a mean egg in the morning. Easy enough access to a lift by the Aya Hotel makes it a nice spot. And technically a ski-in proposition (if you’re willing to ski across the street. We had a great time!

Great friendly staffs, they were very kind and helpful. The villa has great onsen bath.

Wish there were a bathroom for each guest room, but the shared bathroom was always clean and comfortable.

Modern clean design with nice inside onset, 2 great community rooms with large interactive screens and karaoke :) Jeoffrey the host manager was very helpful and supportive

A quiet out of the way location in the trees with a short walk to a chair lift to get you on the slopes. The staff are very pleasant and are happy to assist.

The wardrobes were too small for a ski holiday. The laundry facilities seemed inadequate.

We had a wonderful experience here. Beautiful, clean, modern, well-appointed property. Excellent communication (grateful for arranging transportation :). Top-quality comfy bed linens. Perfectly-cooked eggs. Kind caring staff. Easy quick walk to the Ace lift base area and Hirafu town amenities Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

Breakfast was cooked by the staff, it was good. Staff is generally helpful and friendly, but maybe not too experienced as there are things that could be done better. Shower pressure was the best throughout our long-trip, and the pantry is really good.

Cleanliness, we found rubbish and used slippers underneath our bed, made us doubt if the room was cleaned before we checked in. Coming to the lodgings take a lot of effort but we were not given much info on how to get there, as tourist, would be great if we were given more info. Biggest negative of the trip - there was not much help/suggestion when my wife fell ill and we needed a doctor or medication. Would have been great if we were directed to the closest clinic.

Common areas, staff, and onsen were all excellent
