Villa Yin Niseko

Location was fantastic. Close to main village, 5 min walk. The onsen was great. Comfortable bedrooms and spacious shared lounge spaces.

Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and quite location. 5 mins from the centre of town.

As this was the owners first year renting out rooms in a private home there are a few things that need improvement for the price. Great house to spend time in. Breakfast could be a little more organised when compared to other hotel accommodation in same price bracket. Onsen needs a booking system. Basically felt like an air bnb in someone's house rather than hotel style. Go Taxi app did not allow pick up from house. We had to walk up to the top of the road which was a bit inconvenient. That said this is an incredible place to stay. Recommend for couples.

시설이 깨끗하고 공용공간이 넓다. 자유롭게 사용할 수 있는 티 메이커나 커피 메이커도 있었다. 침대도 푹신하고 샤워실에 앉을 수 있는 곳이 있는 것이 좋았다. 화장실이 전체적으로 만족스러웠다.

체크인 시간이 지나도록 셀프체크인 방법만 안내가 된 점. 숙소의 여러 공간을 어디까지 어떻게 사용 가능한지를 미리 안내받지 못했다. 객실 내에 개별 냉장고가 없는 것도 불편했다. 비시즌이라 숙소에 우리만 머물렀던 것 같은데 상주 스태프가 있는지 없는지도 알 수 없었고 객실에 잠금장치가 있었지만 현관문이 열린 상태에서 하룻밤을 지내는 것은 아무래도 조금 불안한 마음이 들었다. 전체적으로 지불한 비용에 비해 비교적 만족스럽지 못한 경험이었다고 생각한다. 덧붙여 숙소 스태프와 연락이 메세지로만 가능한 점도 불편했다. 찾아낸 전화번호 두가지 다 연결되지 않았다.

共同浴場があるにも関わらず、そして表記もあったが、最後まで使用中になっていた。予約後、連絡がつかない、部屋の番号と暗証番号も通知されず、チェックイン時間を１時間過ぎるまで放置。

El lugar es increible y el servicio espectacular!

It is a villa that's been turned into a multi-room 'bed and breakfast' - on top of the beautiful home and comfy stay, the location of this villa is amazing as it's just a stone's throw away from the main ski lifts (if you're in Niseko for skiing/snowboarding). The place also comes with both private and public onsens which is the perfect answer to a long day of snow sports.

The breakfast is very simple - eggs and sausages. We did expect a hotel buffet but that was our mistake as the place is more of a bed and breakfast than anything. Nonetheless, we ate it up and it gave us the energy to begin our day.
