The room floor was dirty; you can see dust on your legs, turning them black. The baby's clothes also became black from the dust. The bathroom has a strong bad smell. Additionally, the room was noisy because it's next to a construction site that started working after 10 pm.

I’ve stayed in the past at two different hotels in Amman, with the same price range - for smaller rooms, but this time I was very lucky to book this time with Kaya Hotel, a family room which is actually an apartment with two rooms, and a hall. Kaya hotel was fabulous in all terms! Clean, comfy, very friendly staff, who are very flexible to meet all of our family requirements. The hotel locations is perfect, 5 min from the Boulevard- which spares you the jammed roads around the boulevard but close enough for a walking distance or a very short car rides (taxis are 1.5 JOD to the boulevard, which is around 1.8 USD. Before booking, some reviews complained about noise.. but it was very quiet stay for us, a family of 4 (2 adults and two kids)

Honestly, nothing to dislike, and I am a very skeptical person who stayed in hotels all around the world, Europe and USA, so my comparison is with high standards hotels

Al van de start viel de gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel ons op. We werden verwelkomd, men wist meteen wie we waren. Door een staking van de luchtverkeersleiding waren we een dag later, helaas konden we de eerste nacht niet annuleren, maar er werd ons toch een buffet aangeboden in de plaats. Parkeerplaats was niet direct aan het hotel, maar er was valet service inbegrepen. De kamers waren ruim en comfortabel.

Het zwembad lag naast het restaurant en was dus dicht wanneer het restaurant open was, hierdoor waren de uren van het zwembad nogal beperkt.
