Hotel management seems to be new and had no communication between morning and night shift. Poor room service and cleaning

I did not like anything about the property. It was not like what was shown at booking.com while booking the property

Room was pathetic and stinking. Pool was full of dirt. Food was bad

I booked family room. While checked in and out, No one come for carrying luggage. Room floor is dirty and there is no slipper to wear.Toilet smell is too bad if you keep open toilet cover and toilet door lock is not working properly. If someone go to toilet at night, cannot close silently and it was so annoying.Breakfast have less option. I am not sure all those less facilities are due to place but it was terrible experience.

Very nice experience I had with ski , I enjoyed my stay
