We suggest all my friends nd relative not stay in ski hotel very very bed experience ty

Room facilities were good.

The facilities and food were good but not matching with 4-star rated hotels and the price seemed slightly higher compared to the level of facilities.

Only Location of the Property was good, Hotel was not giving rooms as they were over booked n were offering rooms at higher cost due to over crowd, We had to fight with them for our bookings, breakfast was included but they refused, had very bad experience, they don't have sufficient staff to take care, no soap, no towels were provided, intercom, television not working, they have listed them as four ⭐ property but have third class management, No drinking Water in rooms..

Even the staff is fed up with management, we didn't like their behavior, each n every guest was complaining n front desk was having smile on their face as they are use to it,
