Wifi was awful so couldn’t work as intended Uncomfortable bed Bad communication with host Still no invoice recieved after requesting alot of times. Got a parking ticket for parking where was told to park. - was told it will be reduced to £25 at end of month. Not reduced and has now risen to £100 missing the 14 day early payment discount. Now no reply from the number i have for the property.

Not sure I can say what I liked. The hosts gave good instructions on how to find the property.

It was filthy, heavy stench of marijuana smoke they tried to disguise with all the windows open. The pillows needed replacing, they were cheap and lumpy. Curtains damaged and filthy. Interior tired and damaged. Sofa was filthy…. Stained. Just awful!

I have booked apartments before in Hemel Hempstead as it provides easy access to London at a more affordable rate. Apartment was very clean and good value for money.

The contact name I had did not answer the phone so tried another number from previous e-mail. They did answer straight away however.

Fantastic place to say. Location was brilliant we travelled down from South Yorkshire and was so easy to find. Staff were brilliant and kept in contact with us, replying to any questions and requests we had immediately. We will 100% be stopping here anytime we visit London in the future.

Very central but quiet. Lovely and clean , modern with a washer /dryer and a handy parking space. I highly recommend

It could have been cleaner in terms of the sofa and a lot of things were damaged from previous guests
