The building was filled with single men it had a hostel feel. People were shouting from windows. The smell of cannabis filled the air. The interior felt cheap. The parking arrangements were unclear and caused us stress on arrival.

This is a perfect place to stop for a few nights on business, excellent for travel up the M1 or into London. Spacious with a good kitchen. Would book again.

I read some other reviews beforehand and was a bit worried about some of the comments, but the lock box code was communicated in good time along with the exact location for parking. The wifi worked, the bed was a premium memory foam - very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a laminated welcome sheet showing the wifi password, the communal door code for when it is shut, the cooker and heating instructions etc.

They give you the wrong contact information i had to ring 3 different numbers before i could get through to the right guy then the guy didn’t put my registration through and i ended up getting a parking fine

The property looked quite neat and clean in general. The staff was friendly, polite and responsive, willing to address any issues. Located close to the shopping centre and a park.

I didn't receive any detailed instructions prior to the arrival except for a phone number to call. I asked to clarify in advance where I could park but didn't receive a response. On arrival I called the provided number several times, but no one answered the phone. Someone answered after several call attempts and sent me another number to call. That was finally the person who showed me around, but overall greeting experience felt quite poor. The apartment had a distinct cigarette and air fresheners smell, and I couldn't stay as I'm super sensitive to it. The property manager was understanding and helpful and arranged a refund, which was a very good gesture that I appreciated, and that helped to make the experience with this property better.
