The Horton Hotel

The location of this hotel is perfect for people that want to enjoy downtown Boone on foot. You can walk to all of the stores and restaurants. It was perfect for my stay! The staff was very helpful and pleasant, always a smile on their face. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice with good pressure.

The rooms on the lower level are very dark, with no window. I did have the 1 room on the lower lever with a window but you had to look up to see out the window. If I have to say anything negative that would be the only thing I can come up with about the hotel. It really is a great place to stay.

The hotel was in the perfect location and the rooms were beautifully done and comfortable.

Some sort of appetizers on the roof top would have been nice.

Breakfast was really good, our room was taken care of each day

The location is perfect. Hotel was quaint and clean.

I wish I would have been notified about not having a window in our room as I would have booked a different hotel. I’m a tad claustrophobic and not having a window made it feel as if we were on the inside of a cruise ship.
