Please note that couples checking in together must produce a marriage certificate upon arrival. For more information, please contact the hotel directly. The Management reserves all the rights to dishonor the reservation and check-in if valid documents are not shown. Please provide the property with your flight details at least 24-hour before arrival. Please note that Wi-Fi will be complimentary only for 2 devices (per room). Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit Policy The hotel requires a security deposit of INR 1,500 per night to cover any incidental expenses during the guest's stay. For guests paying by credit or debit card, the hotel will obtain a pre-authorisation for the applicable amount at the time of check-in. For guests paying by cash , a refundable security deposit of INR 1,500 per night will be collected at check-in. Any unused cash o deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out, subject to verification of incidental charges. Any unused pre-authorised amount will be released upon check-out; however, the time taken for the funds to reflect in the guest's account will depend on the issuing bank's policies and processing timelines.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
