The staff was really kind and friendly.

The restaurant menu was rather limited.

Rooms were fairly clean, comfortable and well lit.

The passage and the corridors leading to the rooms did not have a pleasant smell, in fact, it had a bad odour.

Our stay at Mirador was very pleasant. The staff never once refused any of our requests - from providing enough drinking water to exchanging currency at a reasonable rate. We were also provided with a third bed, which was very convenient. I am especially grateful that when our flight was cancelled, the staff kindly allowed us to return to our room, which we had already checked out of but had paid for until the next day. They could have refused, so this gesture meant a lot to us, especially as we were under a great deal of stress at the time. When we returned, our forgotten belongings were kindly given back to us - thank you to the staff for that. I would also like to note that the Wi-Fi connection was quite good, especially compared to mobile roaming.

There may have been better options in other hotels for the same price if booked in advance. It would be good to consider some cosmetic renovations. I am not sure how this is regulated by law, but after 10 p.m. it was not possible to order beer to the room, even though we would have liked to. In other countries and hotels, this service is usually around the clock. The hotel restaurant also closes quite early, which was disappointing.

Close to the airport. Clean. Friendly and supporting staff. Breakfast good, mostly with local food.

I tried to contact them multiple times, in all ways possible, in order to inquiry about the airport shuttle service, a service they declare to provide. I haven’t received any answer, none. For any necessities, specially for foreigners arrivals, consider impossible to contact them. Frustrating. Good for short stays. There is nothing in the area around, not even a grocery store or a market. If you are in Mumbai for visiting and exploring the city, better off finding another location. No soundproof, noisy.
