Conrad Koh Samui

A truly unique experience in Koh Samui. The villas are beautiful and the views are simply stunning. The staff is incredibly attentive, nice and always ready to help you. I really enjoyed my stay. Good breakfast and the restaurants quality is amazing. The premises are very big and hilly, a buggy service is at your disposal 24/7. It’s beautifully lush and green. Cannot recommend it more for a perfect tropical getaway.

It wasn’t a problem for me but you should realise that the hotel is really secluded from the nearest town. You will not walk anywhere cause there is just nothing around. You will need a car/scooter to get around if you need.

The view and the setting was an absolute dream. The resort was full, but you really couldn't tell, because the villas are very private. You' only see the rest of the people at breakfast.

I'm really pulling hairs here, but the location is a 45mn (sometimes one hour) drive to town and airport. That being said, if it wasn't where it is, you wouldn't get such awesome sunet.

We loved our stay at the Conrad. As soon as we arrived it felt like we entered a little bit of heaven. The reception area had a beautiful view and was stately laid out. The staff were attentive straight away and helped take our bags. The rooms themselves were little private oasis with pool views that looked out to sea. The rooms were large and spacious with all the amenities you could need. The rooms were cleaned very well daily. We also visited their partner farm which was at the bottom of the hill to the hotel. Worth a visit especially with kids as you’ll get to feed the animals and see how the produce is grown. The staff at breakfast were so lovely and always so welcoming. We had our 5 month baby with us and there was no shortage of staff members who were there to provide entertainment whilst we ate which was much appreciated. A special mention for Nan who was so accommodating. She was especially kind enough to organise a personalised bear for our baby which we’ll keep as a lovely memory for years to come.

We loved our stay but only two things we would suggest. The toilets in the restaurant and pool area need baby changing facilities. You would expect this for a five star hotel. My husband had to go to the infant play area and change our daughter on the floor. The buggies which pick up guests to the breakfast restaurant or lobby can be quite dangerous when riding with a young baby. Especially if you’re riding the smaller 4 persons buggy. The hills are really steep and so when riding on the back you often lean forward which is a fall hazard considering you’re also holding on to your baby. Suggest that the hotel only ever provides the 6 ppl buggy for young families with children. We had to request this especially for our rides.

Staff and service was amazing. Probably the best view in Samui. The breakfast and food is outstanding. It’s just perfect.

Might be the most perfect hotel stay I have ever had. Most beautiful location. You don’t have to worry about being let down after seeing the photos-the villas really are that perfect even the entry level ones. I consider myself a breakfast aficionado and have eaten at several hotels on various “best breakfasts list” Conrad Koh Samui blows them out of the water. I wouldn’t have thought it possible to be so in love with a breakfast offering, but they did it. And the staff. Almost always perfect and as friendly as can possibly be. Special shout out to Taro the buggy driver (in a resort full of the nicest people he is a stat), and the serving staff at Aow Thai and Jahn. Simply amazing people-unusual enough to find one server that is of that caliber but every single person I interacted with was a 10/10
