Conrad Koh Samui

Conrad Koh Samui is an outstanding resort with unique ocean view and sunsets. Like a small paradise. The service was great and service personel did their very best to make our stay as perfect as possible - and indeed they exceeded in this! Also restaurants (service & breakfasts & meals) were exellent, too. Conrad has own farm (Iris Farm) close to resort and ”from farm to table” -concept which underlines how fresh and pure food they are serving. The farm itself is also worth visiting. We really loved our stay at Conrad Koh Samui - will definetely come back!

Very quiet, which is what we wanted. Stayed four nights, which was just the right amount of time here. Villas are great. Service overall adept. F&B exceptional. Think it's widely known this isn't a beach location (most of the time it's just tide water). Spa is very beautiful but we felt rushed out-big miss here. Odd, but the towel linen quality was poor in the villa. Overall experience-good, which in this league and price range doesn't quite cut it. We prefer Vana Belle, which we returned to for a second time right after this stay, and we would hands down book again - their Grand Suites are comparable to the one-bed villas at Conrad. Of course, it's not one-for-one comparable but has an outstanding beach, spa and their personalized service is great.

We had a fantastic time at Conrad Samui after changing our mind about staying at a different resort. The hotel is as far from the heaving crowds of Chaweng and Lamai as you could want if you’re after a relaxed stay. The service, as with practically every Thai resort, was wonderful, Nok at breakfast was always a delight to see greet us each day. Food options at the breakfast buffet were plentiful and tasty but it was the Thai restaurant in the evening which was absolutely glorious. We tore ourselves away one evening to have dinner at Azure (excellent) but were straight back the next night. We booked onto the elephant sanctuary tour - do the early option - and the long tail boat tour to Pig Island. Both recommended. The real star though, was the magnificent panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. This is the kind of view that can have you staring for hours and forgetting real life exists. I would advise anyone unsure of where to stay with the five star options to book this hotel. Loved it! We stayed in Villa 309, handily placed near breakfast, sunset bar and gym.

We hosted our destination wedding here and it was truly amazing! We held a 2 day event for our 50+ guests who came from all over the world including the US, Australia, and across Asia. This hotel (and venue) is world class and we found the service was impeccable. We have to thank our wedding planer Khun Pila and her team, they did an amazing job to bring our dream wedding to reality. Communication was great and I felt supported throughout the planning process. The results and experience exceeded our expectations!

Conrad Koh Samui completely exceeded every expectation I had. The views are breathtaking, the villas are stunning, and the privacy is unmatched, but what truly makes this resort unforgettable is the people. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Mark greeted me and went above and beyond throughout my stay. His kindness and attention made such a difference, and even after I moved to another resort, he helped arrange excursions for me and welcomed me back as if I had never left. That level of hospitality is rare. I stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom villa with a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and honestly, I barely wanted to leave it. I even chose in-room dining one night just to stay in and enjoy the view. Turndown service each evening included thoughtful little touches that made every night feel special. One moment that meant the world to me was when I accidentally burned a hole in a brand new dress. I had thrown it away, thinking it was ruined. The staff retrieved it, carefully repaired it with a beautiful stitched detail, and returned it to me. I will never forget that kindness. What could have been a small disaster turned into one of the most meaningful memories of my trip. Breakfast was incredible, the fresh coconuts to take back to the villa were such a treat, and the complimentary details like water, tea, coffee, mosquito spray, and poolside comforts made everything feel effortless. Buggy service was always prompt and personal, never crowded or rushed. They also offer wonderful complimentary classes, I joined the coffee brewing class and a kombucha class, and loved having those relaxing on-resort activities available. Honestly, I didn’t feel the need to leave much because everything I wanted was already there. This resort is peaceful, private, and beautifully designed, but what makes it special is the heart behind the service. Conrad Koh Samui is true quiet luxury, thoughtful, sincere, and unforgettable. I cannot recommend this resort enough, and I am so grateful to Mark and the entire team for making my stay so meaningful.

The place offers 82 private and comfortable villas. I spenr only 3 nights there but I could stay for a week. I needed a beautiful getaway yo relax and that was it. The villa, the food, the service - everything was flawless. I was greated by Dear who was a delight, Ni took care of me during breakfasts (I mean, everyone was so nice and all the people made my stay so lovely). Babe, thank you for helping me with everything 🙂

Spacious villa with all necessary amenities provided. Excellent ventilation and a stunning sunset view. The service was excellent, while the food was average.

If you want a luxurious property with the highest quality staff of any resort you'll ever encounter you should stay at the Conrad. The rooms and property are comparable to your normal Conrad/ Grand Hyatt/ Park Hyatt and some Waldorfs and Ritzes. But the staff is on the same level as Rosewoods and Amans. Amazing food and beverage team as well. We went when there was no rain for 4 nights and the views and scenery were spectacular. Special thanks to general manager, Marco
