Wunderschönes Apartment mit gehobener Ausstattung in top Lage! Die Aussicht direkt aufs Meer war wundervoll. Die Kommunikation mit mit der Vermieterin verlief ebenfalls zeitnah und reibungslos. Sogar Tips zur Umgebung habe ich erhalten - dafür vielen Dank! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen, alles war blitzsauber und gemütlich. Ein eigener Garagenplatz ist natürlich auch dabei. Die gesamte Pearls Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sicher (Zutriff über Gesichtserkennung) und überwiegend ruhig. Auch de Poolanlage ist herrlich, ein direkter Strandzugang ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Bett und Sofa waren sehr bequem, das wifi hat ebenfalls tadellos funktioniert. Mit der Mall ist man direkt verbunden, zahlreiche Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind also nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Ich habe 2 Nächte hier verbracht, kann das Aparmtnent nur empfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Umshlanga unbedingt wieder!

Kleiner Punktabzug für: sowohl der Wäschetrockner als auch der Wäscheständer waren defekt die Balkonmöbell sind leider sehr unbequem der Sicherheitsprozess für die Registrierung als Gast ist verhältnismäßig aufwändig, incl Fragebogen, Kameraerfassung etc ich war Samstag und Sonntagnacht da - Samstagnacht war es in der Umgebung sehr, sehr laut u.a. durch die Disce direkt gegenüber, am Sonntag war es dann wesentlich besser. Ich konnte mich aber damit gut arrangieren. Bei Lärmempfindlichkeit würde ich mir übers Wochenende allerdings eine andere Unterkunft suchen

Whilst the apartment was a great location, read the reviews about the biometric to get in, don’t rent if you arrive out of hours, it was impossible to get in and out, I got trapped in an out side court yard trying to leave to get water as all the doors needed biometric, it completely freaked me out and I felt scared about possible fires and how I wouldn’t be able to get out. I left after the first night as I couldn’t sleep, don’t recommend the host, she was dismissive of how stressful it was for a woman on her own arriving late at night to face what I did. Just not acceptable.

Very comfortable and location is good

Loud noice of cars showing off during the early hours of the morning. Suggest, the Owner gets Municipality to install speed bumps.
