Luxury 1 Bedroom Apartment at The Pearls Umhlanga Walk to Beach and Oceans Mal

No breakfast. Very good location

Basic toiletries like hand wash and cleaning products were not provided. Instead we were referred to a local pharmacy to buy these products for ourselves. The place also had a slight cockroach infestation.

Great views, clean, convenient, easy biometrics, access to restaurants, mall, and the beach etc

Restaurants below can be noisy but dies down a few hours later.

Excellent Location. Stunning views. Clean Apartment.

No hand soap/wash provided. Couldn't do Biometrics on weekend as office is only opened Monday to Friday. Passcodes for access to the Pearls Mall and entry to the Apartment proved difficult. Contacted host and was told nothing could be done until security offices opened on Monday for biometrics. This was very inconvenient. Wish I was informed prior. Other than that the stay was good.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunrise each morning was a real highlight. The location is fantastic, steps away from the promenade, perfect for relaxing walks or a morning run. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out so convenient. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The light controller was a little tricky at first, but I managed to figure it out. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool due to the weather, but it looked like a lovely spot. Overall, it’s an ideal place for couples looking for a getaway or even solo business travelers. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

Apartment didnt have any bath soap and when I requested it, they didnt even bother responding.

Wonderful location, superb furnishings and machinery.

Had cold water only on the first night because the instructions for lights, geyser and machinery was either non-existent or very badly explained on a single A4 sheet. A booklet with all the explanations would be more than useful. Kitchen, no cleaning products and hardly any tea/coffee. No spare toilet paper, only one for each toilet. Free toiletries (as advertised) amounted to one small bar of soap and some airfreshner. In the bedroom, the "socket near bed" is actually under the bed and requires the movement of the whole bed whilst , with only one extension, only one bedside light operates. We saw and had to chase 3 small bugs/ cock roaches in the extra toilet and bathroom.
