The infrastructure, how it looks from the outside. The views it offers

The ants in the rooms. Though we were provided with insect repellent, it was still uncomfortable. We booked an additional chalet a day after we checked in, that room had no crockery or cutlery. The guest in that room had to find their own way of having their breakfast.
