"The site management messed up our booking and refused to fix it"

The chalets are well built and provide the necessary comfort

We booked 2 chalets for 4 adults and were given one single room and one double room chalets instead of two double rooms. When we complained we were told that the double room can fit 4 PPL. We were forced to pay an additional fee to get a second double chalet (which is what we booked initially).
