The appliances all worked well even the old hot plate. The bed is comfortable once you rearrange the furniture to get into it Location is excellent Cabinets and wardrobe are newish and in good condition. Reliable and fast internet. For some reason there was almost three liters of laundry soap.

There is a stench of sewage coming from the bathroom. Maybe it is because the toilet is not bolted down, but probably it is that the floor drain is not capped and the plumbing is old and cracked. The tub really needs a grab bar to help you get in. It is quite high and from there you can see the moldy shower curtain and how dirty all the shelves are. The elevator is frequently stuck on top floor. There was a partial water bottle left for me upon arrival - it is still there. There was also a partial toilet roll and no backup😵‍💫. There were old mouse droppings under the sofa - the sofa has to be moved to access the bed, so why are they still there? I could only get eight channels on the TV. The room was really dusty with lots of worn surfaces, broken tiles, etc. It is a non-smoking apartment but there are cigarette burns in the sofa. There was a 100€ deposit demanded on the day of arrival, this sometimes happens in Slovakia, but not in the other countries I do business in. I find it insulting, uninviting, and silly (you already have my credit card number and I can contest any charges you make). The worst thing is the sewage smell but almost as bad is the complicated key retrieval and return process. The lock box is on a bike rack at a random public building around the block from the apartment. The door code works, but not quickly- the door knob takes a while to wake up and accept the code.

I liked the place very much. A gentle lady gave us the notices. I was very happy. I want to thank you very much

Everything was available. There was complete convenience.

Lo staff è stato sempre utile. La camera semplice ma calda ed accogliente. Più che buona la pulizia.

Forse non proprio vicina al Centro, bisogna prendere quasi sempre i mezzi.
