I was badly treated bu Candice the lady who was suppose to welcome . She was not there to welcome me and was ushered to dirty room and then I complaint only to make matters worse . There was nothing to be liked as was kicked out the place by Candice in front of her restaurant colleagues

The room was dirty and did not sleep there went on booking somewhere because Candise kicked me out . Treated badly with underlying racial tone in her approach

Acorns crashing on the roof all through the night was very disturbing. Such a pity as the staff, view, pool and food are amazing.

The lack of sleep due to acorns crashing on the roof throughout the night.

"DISGUSTING !"

There was no power and no water. We were then moved to a different room where there was still no water. When the water returned, we requested to be returned to our room. They were unable to do so because they had given our room to other guests. Do not recommend you stay or visit this place.
