The house is meticulously organised, everything we needed was there. n particular, Weber barbeque was greatly appreciated. The views are superb. Location is very good as you can walk to the fantastic Simpson beach to swim in a few minutes (have in mind that Buffalo Beach is very shallow). Apart from this beach you need a car to go anywhere. One of us found a book of interest in the library. Adrian was very responsive and replied in minutes.

Location, views were spectacular, amenities were great (Webber etc), binoculars were a nice touch for guests to use; games and library of books was a nice touch

Gym - ab-pro is missing two bolts and couldn’t be used., the bike and elliptical were functional; sometimes the door handles in the kitchen seemed hard to open., top bolt out to one of the decks needs some timber added, as it didn’t stop the bolt from moving when closed. (Needs attention). The kitchen blinds, we could not see how they could be pulled down, so this area got extremely hot during the day.

"A wonderful place to stay."

A lovely place to stay with an amazing view. The hosts are very generous and provide basic supplies which is really appreciated. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax in the living area.

It does get warm in the afternoon on a sunny day. But the air con helps with that.
