Exceptionally clean, great location, staff very helpful

The location in the old Medina was amazing. The only staff we interacted with were the kitchen staff for breakfast. It was Eid weekend with few employees.

Advice that you will need to carry your luggage a couple of hundred meters from parking would be helpful information.

The riad was clean

The staff was a bit noisy. Its a small house and staff was having chats so loud that you can’t even have a nap.

Amnesties in the bathroom were not functional and some parts broken or out of service

Room was dark because the only windows were facing the common hallway so we needed to keep the curtains closed. Breakfast is more continental than traditional Moroccan. We would have expected something more typical.

Riad Lella Chama is one minute from Al Hauta square and across the street from Al Hauta Oven. The room is a good size with two armchairs. The bed was comfortable. Toiletries were provided. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfasts were very good. Be advised the sign outside shows Dar Chama.

There was rarely anyone at reception.

Wonderful hospitality and a beautiful riad. The smell throughout was so welcoming. There was a delicious and generous breakfast, with kind ladies each morning. Aircon/heating in the room.

The riad was quite dark a lot of the time, with the lights often turned off. Walls are particularly thin in this riad, so you could hear people having late night conversations. Our room felt a little damp, due to the shower steam and lack of ventilation.
