St Charles Hotel Downtown Hudson

We didn't like anything. We could not get past the unkempt condition of the hotel. There is no reason that a hotel should be dirty.

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stepped foot in. It was truly horrifying and causes me to question the Expedia brand. I did not stay here due to the dead bugs in the lobby and Expedia failed to secured my refund

Zack the Manager was rreally really great. He was very accommodating and kind.

Comfortable bed. Closed at 11 pm. Bad breakfast. Needs renovation. Bad usb connections, sprinkler covered by plastic bag. Shower ok, clean but really run down.

Please remind the cleaners to remove the coffee bags from the coffee maker before the next guests arrive! We look forward to the completed renovations.

Property needs maintenance and is understaffed

The room was a little dusty and there were dogs barking all night in a room next to mines. Overall the stay the great and I would stay at the hotel again. I would suggest the breakfast hours to begin a little early for people leaving for work at the early hours of 6:30am.

The room smelled gross, amenities were typical of a lower end hotel. I have little good to say except the location was great for walking around Hudson. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty, but they had plenty of towels. The guests next door were loud all night long, both nights. Despite telling the front desk about it the first night. Guess there is not much that can be done. I can see potential for this property to be revitalized. Price was steep for getting little sleep even though, that is the purpose of getting a hotel room when traveling...
