Cheap price good value

Was not given the room I booked.

The door on our first room wouldn't shut or lock so the staff were helpful in moving us to a different room, the room was comfortable but a little run down and smaller than the pictures suggested but the view from the balcony was nice and the location is good.

Dodgy doors and not suitable if you can't walk up a few flight of stairs.

The location is excellent there is no elevator, For the money we paid it was fine. They allowed us in early, which was a bonus .staff nice .

The only reason we only stayed q night was the door to our unit did not close properly and No safety box .

Reasonably close to main points of interest in Phnom Penh

The room stank of cigarette smoke and the staff just watched us carry our bags up to our room

Door locks need fixing

The location is unbeatable and so is the view from the 3rd floor balcony. When you book here, you book a budget hotel so if your requirements are high, look for more stars and book elsewhere rather than rating it down. For a backpacker or budget traveller it's excellent, much better than I expected. I booked a superior room and it didn't disappoint. Since I was staying for a while, it was nice to have a fridge, a kettle and a door opening up to the balcony that had some chairs. The room was clean and spacious enough with a practical setup, and the shower was properly hot. Powerful aircon as well. The WiFi was in general very good, but had some hiccups. The staff fixed it straight away though. It's worth noting that there is not really a reception, but a check in booth that checks people in for both RS2 and RS3. Not a problem though. Everything you need can be found within 100m from the hotel.

The door locks need fixing.
