RS II Guesthouse

The location is awesome! And the balcony is super good. The room was fine for one person, ac works and everything was pretty seamless. They let me check in early, room was ready and cleaned.

In good, lively area. Lots of convenience stores like 7/11 etc, lots of cafes and restaurants. Located opposite Royal Gardens, close to riverside. Floors and bathroom very clean.

Room advertised as superior with fridge, tea and coffee supplies. There was no fridge and no tea or coffee (but there was a electric kettle and 2 cups). Part of the ceiling was broken. The security lock on the door had broken off. The paintwork on the walls was not clean, very worn and grubby. Two large beds were jammed in so tight I had to stand on one to open the curtains.

The refrigerator was not working in the room when checking in. It was changed in 15 minutes. And was working after that all my stay. At some point an air conditioning machine started to leak water, it was fixed in one hour. Room cleaning was efficient and good quality. And they do not wake you in the morning, you can sleep if you want to. The room was cleaned 1.30-2.00 pm. Location in absolutely excellent, Royal Palace is near by and also several mini marts and places where to eat. There is a coffee shop downstairs (not part of the hotel), which has excellent internet connection and good smoothies.

Everything was fine.

I was put into a small room which was not as advertised but this was changed after 2 days. lighting in the room was very low
