"It served its purpose for a few days."

The best part was the location, One block away from riverside markets, everything you need is close by.

For the price you pay it’s okay, has seen better days. The worst part was the noise from renovations being done nearby during the day.

"I have been in this hotel before many times and I will again come back."

Everything was OK. The location is excellent close to river, Royal palace etc. Very helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day after I left out (they do not wake you up, Great!). Shopping possibilities, minimarts close by.

I did like everything.

"Never go there, unless they make some radical changes..."

It could be a great hotel, if they cleared out the trash and washed the Windows.

I Never leave a bad review, but OMG, Where do I start...room was horrible, outlets hangin off the wall, it was impossible to charge the phone. Balcony was full of rubbish. And our door to balcony did not lock- anyone could have walked it through the hallway. Bathroom was so bad we did not want to talke the shower.

Very good location. It was noisy but the property is located in the centre of the city so that's to be expected.

Staff in hotel not very welcoming. Breakfast disappointing. Shower wasn't very warm

"Disastrous, don't stay here."

Moving out. I booked and paid for seven nights. I left after two nights. This room is disgraceful.

The staff are unhelpful. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had a ridge in the middle and divots on each side. The mattress was rock hard as were the pillows. The room was dirty, walls haven't seen new paint in decades. Room was on the third floor with no lift which meant 60 each way. Stray starving cats meant you can't leave your door open. I couldn't stand it after two nights and moved out.

It’s was so dirty with bugs on the bed and walls so we didn’t stay and they gave a full refund. I booked this for the location and can stay in basic hostels or hotels but we left immediately after seeing the room.
